Unlike most student organizations, C.U.M.A. recognizes that students already pay enough money for college alone. Therefore C.U.M.A. does not require members to pay monetary “dues” in order to become an official member.

How to become an Honorary C.U.M.A. member?
After becoming an Official C.U.M.A. Member and maintaining their membership status for at least one month, members must volunteer at a C.UMA event. Honorary C.U.M.A. members receive white C.U.M.A. T-shirts as recognition of their membership status.
How to become a part of C.U.M.A.’S Elite?
After becoming an Honorary C.U.M.A. member, members must showcase exemplary service towards C.U.M.A. recognized by the E-Board. Traits of C.U.M.A.’s Elite include but are not limited to:
Once Honorary C.U.M.A. members display these traits as well as go beyond what is expected of them by C.U.M.A., the E-Board will formally recognize their contributions and promote them to C.U.M.A.’s Elite. C.U.M.A.’s Elite will receive a black C.U.M.A. T-shirt as well as their picture on the C.U.M.A. website as recognition of their membership status and have a much more involved role in the execution of C.U.M.A. events.
